To encourage our on-going commitment to training and DMX product knowledge, we have developed a series of new product and service training modules. Each module includes a certification process that will be necessary for all DMX employees to pass with a minimum score of at least 80%. Upon completion of the module and a passing score, DMX employees will be considered “DMX Certified” on the respective product or service.
These modules have been developed specifically to foster greater understanding of the DMX culture and to enhance employee knowledge of many of the key products and services DMX sells and supports.
The modules are not designed to be a replacement for existing training manuals, but rather a compliment to the documents that have traditionally been used as part of the larger training process. The intention is to not only update the existing DMX trainings but to make the process more fun and informative for the user. To that end, you’ll notice that Madonna, Mick Jagger, Bono, Prince, Barbra Streisand, Snoop Dog, and others all make an appearance in the modules with the narrator and DMX sage, Doctor Albert Sound. This will be the model used throughout each successive module.
The good Doctor will narrate the training while introducing new DMX products and services with additional support from many of his celebrity friends from the world of music. Look for more new modules in the coming weeks and months!
